Brand Guidelines

Our brand guidelines, available below, provide essential guidance on the correct use of SSAFA's logo, imagery, colours and typography. Please take the time to read them before using our brand and share them with anyone creating materials on SSAFA's behalf.

If you are working with external suppliers, agencies or contractors who will be applying SSAFA branding or visual identity to materials, presentations, websites or other communications, please ensure they receive a copy of the guidelines and follow them throughout the design process.

Brand Style Guidelines

For our writing style, tone of voice and written content guidance please use our style guidelines PDF (below).

Brand General Toolkit
This editable presentation toolkit makes it easy to share the SSAFA story with different external audiences. It brings together approved branding, key messages, service information, impact figures and case studies, alongside flexible slides that you can tailor to your region, branch or service.

Simply choose the slides that work for your audience, add your local stories, achievements and contact details, and remove anything you do not need. The result will feel relevant to your audience while remaining recognisably SSAFA.

Blank SSAFA branded PowerPoint template

If you would prefer to build a presentation from scratch, you can use the blank template below. It includes the approved SSAFA branding, fonts, styling and logo placement, helping ensure presentations remain consistent with our brand while allowing you to create your own content.
