Business cards

There are free-to-order blank business cards on the Marketing Hub that can be used with labels of your business card details.

Do not use your personal details (email address, telephone, home address) on your SSAFA volunteer business card.

Your branch or team can pay for the professional printing of your business cards. If you need a PDF template of your business card created please email Community Marketing [email protected] with your name, role, and email address and they will create your card and will add your regional office details, if applicable.

Serving Community Teams (SCT)

An SCT business card template was released in March 2026, which is currently only available by email. SCTs should email [email protected] business card requests please.

This service is not available to employees. Employees need to visit Resources | SSAFAnet for business cards.

In the Summer of 2020, it was decided that we would have to continue to NOT make free SSAFA diaries available to our volunteer and employee networks; this was one of SSAFA’s cost and resource saving measures that had been initially agreed in light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic; and remains in light of budgetary and more essentially, resourcing constraints.​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Our position remains the same for 2026. We will continue to review this position each year and keep you informed of any future developments on this page.

  • For your ID card, you require a clear headshot image.

  • The image should be in JPG or PNG format and between 126KB and 10MB in size.

  • Please email your ID card request and photo to [email protected]

Please allow five to six weeks for fulfilment.

Powerpoint presentations

A presentation template is provided below for external presentations. This is a national-to-local hybrid template. It is designed to give you the prestige of the SSAFA national brand while allowing you to showcase the incredible work happening in your specific region or branch.

Guidelines for use

  • Visuals matter: you can include photos of your local team or a local event. It builds trust with your stakeholders. Important: please ensure you have written GDPR consent/model release forms for every person featured in your photos before adding them to the presentation. If unsure, stick to the pre-approved brand imagery provided in this deck, or consult your regional marcomms manager (RMM).​
  • Keep it brief: if presenting to a local partner for the first time, aim for below 25 slides total. Don't feel pressured to use every slide. ​
  • Brand safety: please do not change the font style or logo positions. This ensures we all look like "One SSAFA" across the network.​

Update schedule

To ensure you have the most accurate data, a preliminary update is made every year by early April, with a full annual update following the Annual Members Meeting (AMM) mid-year.​

In addition to the branded presentation above, a blank brand template is available to download below. If you prefer a simpler version or would like to build a presentation from scratch, you can use this blank template. It includes the approved styling, fonts, and logo placement, without any pre‑filled content.
