How to place an order on the Marketing Hub

The Marketing Hub is where volunteers can order hard-copies of our primary casework materials, hard copy stationery, standard leaflets, posters and a very limited line of fundraising and awareness raising materials. There are also editable templates that you can add your branch or team details to, and a limited range of paid-for-items such as business cards, roller banners and editable poster printing.

Choosing your items

Most items on the Marketing Hub can be ordered free of charge, but there are maximum order quantities for each item as we only have limited budgets.

  • Search for the item you want by clicking on the panels or use the Search box at top of our screen.
  • Select the product. You MUST read the product page before ordering so
  • You will then need to select the number of items, packs or bundles you need. The product page states clearly what each order unit is worth and what the maximum order is.
  • 'Add To Basket'
  • Click on 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' or if you have finished click on 'GO TO BASKET'.
  • To continue shopping please leave the product page using the back button or navigation.
  • When you have everything you want go to MY BASKET.

Viewing, checking and amending your order

  • The MY BASKET page is where you can view your order.
  • You can amend any quantity (as long as it's within the set limits) by using the arrows or directly changing the number - you must confirm your amend by clicking on the green tick. 
  • When you are happy with your order click on Proceed To Checkout>

Confirming delivery details page

Check that the delivery address is correct and if not create a New Address to use (via the drop-down at the top of the form) using the Hub’s Address Finder:

It must be an address where there will be a person in-resident to take in your order. When you are happy with your delivery details click on Confirm

Order confirmation

This is the last place you can check your order before submitting it.

  • Please slowly and carefully check your order details, the quantity of each item ordered, your delivery address and don’t forget to
    enter any required 'Special Instructions' for your delivery.
  • Click on Submit Order >
  • You will be notified by an automated email to your SSAFA mailbox.
