The Marketing Hub is where volunteers can order hard-copies of our primary casework materials, hard copy stationery, standard leaflets, posters and a very limited line of fundraising and awareness raising materials. There are also editable templates that you can add your branch or team details to, and a limited range of paid-for-items such as business cards, roller banners and editable poster printing.
How to set up a an account
Go to ssafa.online/log-in/register

• You must use your SSAFA email address.
Examples: [email protected] or [email protected]
• If you use a non-SSAFA email address or your SSAFA 365 username (SSAFA ID) the system will not allow you to register.
• If you do not have a SSAFA email address, you will need to get one to use the Marketing Hub to meet our core security and requirement. Telephone number: please note that this needs to be the telephone number that can be used to contact you about your orders or deliveries.
Branch: select your branch or SCT from the provided list; mentors should select 'SSAFA Mentor'; other volunteers not tied to a branch should select '.volunteer (no branch)'.
Search address: this is linked to the Royal Mail Address database, please start with the house name or number when entering your delivery address until you see your delivery address appear in the drop-down. Select your address from the list, and tweak or add to it if you need to. Wherever possible please use a civilian address, but if you have to use a BFPO address, please make sure you enter the BFPO postcode.
Notes: this section is for messages to the delivery person such as 'please leave deliveries in covered porch if no one is resident'.
Register: click on the 'Register' button at the bottom of the page.

- Automated receipt and validation emails: a few of you will get automatic validation; most of you will be asked to validate your email, by being asked to click on a (long) link in an automated email sent to you. Once your account has been validated you will get an automated email confirming your account.

Registration
- I need a Marketing Hub account! You need to register at www.ssafa.online/log-in/register
- I already have a Marketing Hub account. You need to log-on at www.ssafa.online/log-in
- It says my email is already in use? Please email [email protected] for help; please do not try and set up an account with another email.
- Can I use a group mailbox? Group mailboxes are not permitted as we need to know that only one person can access your Marketing Hub account.
- I didn't get the validation email? Check your spam folder. Did you spell your email address correctly?
- Why is the validation link so long? Our validation email links are long, but they are fine to click on.
- I've moved to GoAssemble, what should I do? Best practice is to update your log-in email to your GoAssemble email.
- I have not used my account for a few years, where is it? After 24 months of inactivity accounts are automatically archived, please email [email protected] to get your account un-archived.
