Welcome to our online store, the SSAFA Shop, which is managed by our Trading Manager in the Community Marketing team. The Shop's main goal is acquisition: looking to get site visitors and users interested or engaged with other SSAFA activities, such as signing up to our newsletter, individual fundraising, volunteering, legacy fundraising and more. The SSAFA Shop also needs to generate a profit to pay for running costs and help fundraise for the national charity.

We are pleased to offer an exclusive range of products that gives you the opportunity to order branded merchandise direct from our SSAFA owned and managed online shop. Branches and SCTs can use this merchandise to sell on and raise funds for their local branch, SCT or region when they are engaging with their local communities.
Branches and SCTs can secure a 30% branch discount across some of the range by using a dedicated login code; but please note there are a number of discount excluded items.
Please contact our Trading Manager at [email protected], providing your full address and postcode, if you would like to be set up with (or reminded of) your unique login for your branch or SCT discount. The 30% discount is only accessible to branches and SCTs who are buying products that they intend to use to fundraise for SSAFA.
As part of our website re-platforming to Shopify on Monday 9 March, we introduced a new way for Branches and teams to access their 30% Branch Discount. To make this as simple as possible, registered branch or team accounts have already been set up for you on the new Shopify platform shop.ssafa.org.uk

- Place your order using the email address linked to your Branch account (the same one we used to set it up and the email address this is sent to).
- At checkout, enter the discount code: BA30
- Your 30% Branch Discount—designed to support your fundraising efforts—will be automatically applied to eligible products.

If you have been moved to GoAssemble you will need to have let us know your new GoAssemble or SSAFA Volunteers address so that we can update your discounted account.
