SSAFA is regulated by the Fundraising Regulator and adheres to the Code of Fundraising Practice (2025). Through the code, we aim to make sure that all our fundraising activities meet the following values: 

  • Legal: our fundraising must meet the requirements of the law.

  • Open: our fundraisers must be clear about their processes and willing to explain them when necessary.

  • Honest: our fundraisers must act with integrity and must not mislead people when asking for donations.

  • Respectful: our fundraisers must respect the people and places they interact with.

Welcome to our online store, the SSAFA Shop, which is managed by our Trading Manager in the Community Marketing team. The Shop's main goal is acquisition: looking to get site visitors and users interested or engaged with other SSAFA activities, such as signing up to our newsletter, individual fundraising, volunteering, legacy fundraising and more. The SSAFA Shop also needs to generate a profit to pay for running costs and help fundraise for the national charity.

We are pleased to offer an exclusive range of products that gives you the opportunity to order branded merchandise direct from our SSAFA owned and managed online shop. Branches and SCTs can use this merchandise to sell on and raise funds for their local branch, SCT or region when they are engaging with their local communities.

Branches and SCTs can secure a 30% branch discount across some of the range by using a dedicated login code; but please note this list of discount excluded items.

Please contact our Trading Manager at [email protected], providing your full address and postcode, if you would like to be set up with (or reminded of) your unique login for your branch or SCT discount. The same branch or SCT discount code can be used by multiple individuals in a branch or SCT.

The 30% discount is only accessible to branches and SCTs who are buying products that they intend to use to fundraise for SSAFA.

  • All initial set up costs on new products are paid for by us.

  • There are no minimum order quantities as we have committed to stock centrally, which can be ordered by the network when needed.

The SSAFA shop now has a ‘Login’ tab on the home page (look for the keyhole symbol on the grey menu bar) to add your unique code. 

Add items to your basket and the discount will be confirmed on the final order confirm page following your delivery details being entered. Please make sure that your discount is confirmed before you complete your order.
