How to get materials printed

Updated on

Can an employee print my materials?

SSAFA does not have an in-house print production or photocopying service; we cannot print your materials and post them out to you, as we do not have the remit, capacity or resources. The move to mostly home or remote working across the employee network further underscores this policy.

Branches, SCTs, and our employees, are all expected to use branch or team funds to either photocopy or print their own materials or engage a professional printer. You might be able to get a reduced rate or even get the printing done as a 'donation', although please note professional printing isn't too expensive.

If you would like to use one of our trusted recommended printers who are very familiar with our brand, please see below:

RBLI (print supplier)

For all your printing needs look no further than RBLI (not connected to TRBL) who have cheaper prices for military charities and employ veterans (and adults with learning difficulties). RBLI have printed our letterheaded paper, business cards, comms slips and most SSAFA branded stationery for over a decade; they are our number one preferred print supplier (although we always get three quotes for larger jobs, RBLI is often the cheapest).

For more information and/or support on RBLI or general production printing queries please email [email protected]

Printing specifications (specs)

To get materials professionally printed you will need a printing spec. As you would be using a SSAFA template please email [email protected] for the printing spec.

Your template should have printer and bleed marks around the edges; if they do not, please contact us, so that we can add them.
