Our brand guidelines PDF (below) provide crucial information on using our logo, imagery, colours and typeface. Please read or share them before using our brand. If you are working with any suppliers who will need to add our brand or visual identity to any materials or sites, please share a copy with them.
You must email any proposed SSAFA branded product / output to [email protected] before it goes into production or is shared externally, so that we can confirm it is on brand; that it is up-to-date; that the content is audience-suitable and fits our style guide; that SSAFA's photography rights still apply, where applicable; that there are no possible data breaches etc.
For our writing style, tone of voice and written content guidance please use our style guidelines PDF (below).
General tips for using the SSAFA brand
check if there’s a template for what you need with [email protected]
always use the brand and style guidelines
always use your regional office or branch group email on external facing products (except for your business cards)
never use your personal work email or any other personal details on external facing products (except for your business cards)
try to stick to A4, A5, 800mm roller banners, 3m x 3m gazebo and other standard sizes so that your materials are easy (and cheaper) to print or produce.
