Many Branches/Divisions across the network have business credit accounts with AO in order to benefit from discounts that our preferred supplier arrangement offers. Please be aware that credit accounts which have been inactive for more than six months are being disabled by AO and the requirement for reinstatement is a minimum monthly spend of £20,000.
New business credit accounts are also subject to guaranteeing this monthly minimum spend. If the credit account remains active this spend requirement does not apply, therefore if you wish to keep it live please ensure at least one transaction in the six-monthly period to AO Business, this is not the AO online retail site.
We recognise that such a target is not viable for new SSAFA business credit accounts.
You don’t need to have a credit account to access these discounts as payments can be made at the time of order with our accounts manager – please see ‘How to order’ below.

Whilst it is not possible to open a new credit account you can still access the discounts by paying with debit/credit card or BACS.

- No Credit Account - If you have no credit account Shoaib will contact you to arrange payment via credit/debit card or BACS so that you can still benefit from the same business prices.
