Project RECCE is a thriving, national Charity that is pioneering new and innovative ways to resettle Military Veterans and Service Leavers in the UK Construction Industry and wider science, technology, engineering and manufacturing sectors. 

Project RECCE delivers two core services to military veterans, service leavers, reservists, cadet force adult volunteers and military spouses wishing to consider the construction industry as a career: 

The Pathways into Construction Education Programme is a blended educational course aimed at those considering the construction industry as a career choice. it is fully funded and suitable for anyone with military experience, regardless of rank, cap badge, experience or qualifications. Attendees will learn more about the benefits of military service in the civilian job market, better strategies to make a successful transition into civvy street, such as problem solving and decision making, metal health and motivation. They will also get to meet hiring mangers from numerous companies, such as Balfour Beatty PLC, Sunbelt Rentals, John Sisk & Son Ltd, Milestone Infrastructure, Henry Williams and Son (Roads) Ltd and many more.

Those that successfully complete the programme will gain a invaluable experience, knowledge and skills,, a better understanding of themselves and the industry, as well as an Institute of Leadership award in Transitional Leadership, 12 months free membership of the IoL at member grade and the post nominal letters "MIoL". If required, learners will also be granted a CSCS card.
