Advice and guidance for civilian spouses and partners of serving Armed Forces and ex-service personnel

Forces Employment Charity (FEC) has launched a programme to help the spouses and partners of serving and ex-Forces personnel into employment with the support of a dedicated Families Employment Advisor.

Families Programme supports spouses and partners of still-serving personnel and veterans, including divorced, separated, and bereaved, on their journey into employment. They understand service life and transition can impact the whole family, they  also offer mentoring and career guidance to service children and young people aged 16-24.
