The OABF will be shutting down in June/July 2025. Our beneficiaries and stakeholders have been informed of this shutdown.
The OABF will continue to look after its existing beneficiaries. However, no applications for new beneficiaries will be accepted from 1 November 2024.

Supports all ex-officers and their dependants, although from the 1st August 2020 the OA is not accepting new requests for financial assistance except in consideration of their cost of living grant.
They are continuing to financially support their current client list.
They are also doing a small amount of Casework for clients who approach them directly and then opening an Form A case on Mosaic to almonise from other APs (OA no longer has funds available to contribute)
Beneficiaries will need to provide 1 months’ bank statement and ideally there will be a volunteer visit by OA.
