Mental well-being support

Over the past few published by , we have seen a growth in requests from our volunteers asking for support with cases. These cases have become more complicated with many of our beneficiaries requiring specialist support for a range of mental ill health issues.

We are pleased to say that we have developed a Mental Well-being service that will provide information, support and guidance to our network of staff and volunteers, who are dealing with these issues on the ground.

Make Every Contact Count

“Making Every Contact Count”, (MECC) for our volunteers working with beneficiaries with mental health and well-being issues. The on-line tool has been designed to support you in your daily casework with beneficiaries struggling with mental health and well-being issues, by raising awareness, motivating and signposting veterans to help them improve their health and well-being.
