The main objectives of the Association as set out in the Constitution are: To promote the efficiency of the Special Boat Service Association by: Maintaining contact between serving and former members of the Service and providing for social gatherings for them; Fostering esprit de corps, comradeship and the welfare of the Service and perpetuating its deeds, preserving the traditions.
