Passing a Case to Regional Office

Guidance for Caseworkers for sending a Case to the Regional Office

Once you have completed all the necessary work on your case, including the full Form A, supporting documentation including Verification of Service, Bank Statements and the report and this has all been uploaded to Mosaic, you are ready to send your case to the Regional Office.

At this stage, you are welcome to suggest organisations to approach for support but this is not a necessary step before passing your case back to the Regional Office.

When your case is ready for Step 3 please Send a Note to the Regional Office Team as follows:

Click the Clip Board icon and select Send Note

In the Note box please type your county eg. Lincolnshire followed by the text "Ready for Step 3"

Click Pass to team and select East Midlands – Click OK and save the changes before closing
