PLEASE NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances the process for both making OT referrals and paying for OT Assessments will change as of 09/03/2026.
From 09/03/2026 we will have to almonise for OT Fees as we did prior to February 2025.

The OT Practice is a ‘Preferred Supplier’ recognised and used by all major Assistance Providers so only this referral is required on the case, as it has the costs on the referral paperwork – once sent this referral is the contract with The OT Practice.
RAF related beneficiaries will be provided with an OT assessment by the RAFBF so there is no need for you to do this. In such cases complete the Form A process, send a request to the RAFBF for an OT assessment stating their general need but with no financial amounts included and RAFBF will advise once the OT assessment is completed. Further requests can then be sent out for almonisation.
