Viewing Cases After Submission to Regional Office

Updated on

For guidance on how to pass a case onto the Regional office please review this document

Once your case has been reviewed and moved to the Assistance Required and Pledged stage by the Regional Office, you will retain read-only access. This allows you to monitor progress without making changes.

Some information in the below screenshots have been redacted for GDPR purposes

On the home page, you’ll see the list of your current work – your current work is anything that is in the Application for Assistance stage.

Once you have sent your case to the Regional Office (via the clipboard – sent note function), and it has been quality assured and processed by the Regional Office, it will now sit in the Assistance Required and Pledged stage – at this point, it will no longer be visible in your ‘current work’ folder.  To access this stage, in ‘read-only’ permission, click on ‘Allocations’.  At the side of your client’s name, you will see a number 1 meaning there is a case for that client that is open.

Click on your client’s name in the left-hand column.

On this page, under the heading ‘current work’ (top right-hand side), and you will need to click on the wording, SSAFA-Assistance Required and Pledged (don’t click the icons, they won’t work).

Click on ‘view’.

This page will then open up and you will be able to click on the 3rd tab (SSAFA-Assistance Required and Pledges), to see what pledges have been made by the funders and any receipts/payments.
