Logging in Troubleshooting

If you are having problems signing in to GoAssemble, this article provides some of the common ways to resolve the issue.

Error Messages

When trying to log into GoAssemble you may recieve one of the following error messages:

This is often because either you have tried to log into GoAssemble using your SSAFA O365 email, which is not possible, or your device has tried to auto fill your log in details with your O365 details.

There are a few things you can try to resolve the problem.

Use a different browser

GoAssemble works best on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox. If you are using a different browser, such as Internet Explorer, you may have issues signing in.

Clear the cahe on your device

Cache data stored on your device means that your device will remember certain log in detail and therefore try an use those details to sign in to GoAssemble. Saved passwords can sometimes confuse the system when logging into multiple accounts. 

To avoid this we recommend you clear any saved passwords and clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Use Incognito mode or InPrivate mode

Try logging in using a private browsing window. This helps avoid issues caused by stored data.

Try a different device

Using a different device, that doesn't hold a memory of previous log in details, should allow you to sign into GoAssemble.
