This article describes how to log into your GoAssemble account and how to access support if you are having issues logging in.
Logging In
To log into your account please go to https://volunteer.ssafa.org.uk/auth/login
If you volunteer with different organisations who also use Assemble, you'll be asked to select the organisation you want to log into on the log in page.
To log in you will need your username and your password.
Username:
- This can be:
- The email address your GoAssemble account is registered under (for volunteers this will be your personal email address, for employees this will be your work email)
- Your GoAssemble username, which is the first part of your GoAssemble email address (i.e. everything before the “@”). A guide on how to find you GoAssemble email can be found here.
Volunteers Please Note: It is not possible to sign into your GoAssemble account using your SSAFA O365 email address.
Password:
- Enter your password and click Next.
If you are logging in for the first time, please use the temporary password provided in your welcome email. When you log in for the first time you will be asked to create your own password to access your account. This is the passowrd you will use for future log ins.
SSAFA uses two-factor authentication as an extra layer of security (also known as two-step authentication or multi-factor authentication). Therefore you'll be asked to enter a code which will be sent by email, phone or authentication app. There is guidance on two-factor authentication and how to change how you receive the code here.
