It is possible on GoAssemble to set up an Out of Office message, for periods when you will not have access to your emails.
Enabling the Out of Office
In your message centre, click the "Out of office" link on the left.
Then select the 'enable out of office' checkbox, add your message and save.
Don't forget to disable it by unselecting the checkbox when you get back.
Out of Office content
When creating an out of office message please use the template below. This ensures that if an urgent request comes in from a beneficaiy, for example, they will know who to contact for support.
Hi,
Thank you for your message. I am currently away and unable to respond to messages until {add date of expected return}.
For urgent queries please contact {add details of the relevant person/team to contact, for example your Regional Office, Branch Chair, SCT team email, Mentoring team email}.

Personal contact details should not be used in your out of office message.
