This email will be sent to all volunteers within a branch to advise them that they will transition into the NDP model and their data will migrate over to GoAssemble in one day. The email is sent to a volunteer's O365 email and their personal email address.

Introduction
We will soon be welcoming you into NDP as your branch is due to transition tomorrow, on Tuesday, 8 July 2025. As explained in our previous emails, this means your data will be transferred onto GoAssemble (GA) and you will adopt the new models of volunteering for casework and community engagement.
For some this transition will mean a change to your role title or who directly supports your volunteer activity, you can find additional information here.

If you are receiving this email to your SSAFA email address but NOT your personal email address please contact [email protected] immediately, a personal email address is required for your initial access to GA.
GoAssemble Training:
If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for training via Learning Base. Guidance on how to book onto training can be found here. There are also several guides for you on the Volunteer Knowledgebase.
Checking your details:
Please check your details are correct when you first log into GA. You will find guidance on what you can change and how to do it within the guide “Update my details” accessible via the Volunteer Knowledgebase.
Microsoft (MS) Office (O)365
As previously communicated, Office 365 Volunteer accounts will be closed four weeks after transition into NDP, except for branch executives and digital marketing volunteers. Volunteers who require O365 for any additional roles they hold with other services will retain their accounts.
For all other volunteers, your O365 account will be closed on Monday, 4 August 2025, you will receive a reminder email two weeks before closure.

Branch Connection
Caseworkers and Visitors will be automatically set up with a ‘Branch Connection’ on GA. This mechanism ensures that you remain part of your branch community. You can find more information about the Branch Connection via this link.
