Under the new regional structure, we have one Regional Marcomms Manager (RMM) in each of the six regions, strengthening SSAFA’s presence and engagement on the ground.

Fiona Wright, RMM for the North, has invited volunteers from the West Yorkshire and Durham branches to discuss how local branch activities can be developed into compelling stories for national and local news outlets, helping to build SSAFA’s profile.

Volunteers:

• Derek has been the Regional Chair of North East and Branch Chair at West Yorkshire Branch.

• Mike has been the Deputy Branch Chair and a Caseworker at Durham Branch.
