The below information was sent, via email to all volunteers and staff across SSAFA, on 30 September 2025.
To: all volunteers, employees, trustees
Dear colleagues,
Further to the invitation email sent on Tuesday, 2 September, we would like to remind you that the Network Delivery Project (NDP) Virtual Town Halls are happening next week. We are offering two sessions with the same content, so you can join at the time that works best for you:
- Monday, 6 October - 1800 to 1915
- Wednesday, 8 October - 1415 to 1530
Register here to help us plan. You are also welcome to join on the day – joining details will be shared in advance via email. For those unable to attend, the session will be recorded and shared afterwards.
Registration is quick and helps us plan for the right number of attendees. If you can’t commit right now, you’re still very welcome to join on the day - we will share the meeting links at least one working day before the sessions. Registering simply means we can give you and everyone else the best possible experience.
Where can I get more information?
The NDP Frequently Asked Questions document covers a range of topics addressing questions raised during and since the trials.
The Volunteer Knowledgebase is accessible to all volunteers and employees and contains detailed information on processes and procedures for all volunteer activities.
NDP Information Hub on SSAFAnet and the NDP Information Hub on the Volunteer Knowledgebase both provide a variety of information on NDP – including caseworker feedback videos, Town Hall presentations, transition guidance and copies of past updates.
If you have further questions, please contact the NDP Project team: [email protected].
Help us plan by registering here. We look forward to seeing you there.
Many thanks,
Kett McAfee, Welfare Operations Project Manager
