As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our community engagement activities, we are currently refining the first draft of our Welfare Operations Community Engagement Strategy.

The Community Engagement Strategy will set out the shared principles for a consistent SSAFA approach, while recognising that each branch is unique—with its own geography, volunteer strengths, and community needs.

Your experience and perspective as a valued volunteer is incredibly important to us. Thank you to all those who have already shared your thoughts, your input is greatly appreciated. To ensure we capture as much feedback as possible and give everyone the opportunity to share their thoughts, we are re-opening the feedback questionnaire.
