• The core working group includes colleagues from the People team, Welfare Operations, and Fundraising, Marketing and Communications.
• We appointed  Kin&Co, a consultancy who specialise in supporting mission-driven organisations like ours to deliver the review phase or otherwise referred to as research / listening phase.
• A Culture Steering Group is being established comprising our CEO, Directors, Culture Transformation Lead and Culture Ambassador representatives.
• And our Culture Ambassador Network, comprising people from across SSAFA
