Often described as the ‘go-to team’, the Volunteer Experience (VE) team provides administrative and volunteer‑systems support to volunteers and volunteer teams across SSAFA. Their goal is to offer the best possible experience for volunteers by enhancing their journey through informative guidance and accessible, engaging support, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from application and recruitment through to every stage of a volunteer’s time with SSAFA.
