This form should be used to apply for an individual one-off grant that will benefit a serving person or serving family.   

SSAFA’s volunteer-led Serving Community Teams (SCTs) provide financial emotional and practical support to members of the local serving community. They fundraise throughout the year to be able to provide one-off Individual or Community grants.
