SSAFA encourages us all to nurture our own wellbeing so that we can fully support our beneficiaries. Our wellbeing is a complex combination of our physical, mental, emotional and social health. Essentially, it is how happy we are in life and for SSAFA, how happy our volunteers are in their volunteer role.
