Welcome to the second edition of our Welfare Operations Quarterly Service Activity Report. Looking back at the third quarter of 2026, what stays with me is the difference we make when our colleagues bring our skills, care and commitment together. Behind every figure in this report is someone who needed support, and someone like you who took the time to listen, offer reassurance or help them find a way forward. Sometimes that means helping a family through a difficult period. Sometimes it begins with a conversation over a cuppa.
