Funding
The provision of vouchers is currently funded by SSAFA.
We can neither guarantee the funding will last a full calendar year, nor that funding will be provided in future.

Proof of Service:-
Proof of Service IS NO LONGER REQUIRED (your judgement and discretion is trusted, a Service Number must still be obtained and included in the application.)
Dependent Children: -
- Children under the age of 18 for whom the applicant is the parent/ guardian/ main care giver of.
- Babies are deemed to be a dependent child.
- Shared custody – If the dependent child is staying with the applicant during the period of crisis, then they are eligible as per the voucher limits below.
Serving Members:-
Serving Members of the UK Armed Forces – Are eligible for the scheme.
Voucher Limits
Period of access to vouchers: -
- One food/ clothing voucher per household in a 12-month period (rolling) this was reset as of 17/10/2025
- One energy voucher per household in a 12-month period (rolling) this was reset as of 17/10/2025
Household Status Limits:-
- Single Adult = £50
- Couple or 1 adult and 1 child = £100
- 2 adults and up to 2 dependent children = £150
- 2 adults and more than 2 dependent children = £200
Single Adult with more than one dependent child: -
We apply £50 for the adult and then plus £50 per child, up to a maximum of £200 per application.
