This document contains guidance, and required actions, for the Branch Secretaries of Cyprus, France, Germany and Thailand prior to the transition into NDP. All Branches will transition into NDP and onto GoAssemble during the week of June 8th 2026.
Key Information
- The standard NDP model for casework has been adjusted to fit the individual requirements of all overseas branches.
- Whilst the full Mosaic casework process remains in place for all overseas branches, there will be a much closer collaborative working relationship with the Overseas Regional Office.
- The Overseas RO is there to support and assist with the administrative side of casework management, and therefore a shared understanding of live cases and the nuances of casework in your locality is most valuable.
- Your caseworkers will be in regular direct contact with the Overseas Regional Office. We greatly appreciate your support in strengthening these relationships.
- Regardless of any NDP changes it is caseworkers who remain the main point of contact for the beneficiary, with direct support from the Overseas Regional Office working with the branch.
- The Branch Treasurer has been provided guidance regarding the financial side of your branch move into NDP.
Preparation Actions
The NDP model for casework with Overseas branches does not require the usual significant movement of live casework during the transition. Therefore, the preparation actions are focused on general housekeeping that you already regularly perform. In doing this we ask that you work with your Treasurer and Overseas Regional Office when completing the following actions:
- If you, or any of your Caseworker volunteers, are holding hardcopy casework files or other client personal information please speak to your Regional Manager (RM) who will provide you with guidance on how to destroy the information, or store the information on Mosaic if relevant, in accordance with the data proctection regulations that apply to your country.
- Please request that caseworkers have updated all cases to the extent that they can and support where necessary.
- Please ensure that the Overseas Regional Office are asked to close all cases that have reached that stage.
- Please provide the Overseas Regional Office with a list of all cases that will be live at the point of your branches transition into NDP, providing relevant information on the status of each case.
- Please work with your RM to inform all relevant stakeholders who may need to know of the increased collaboration and communication that will be occuring with the Overseas Regional Office.
- For branches in overseas locations O365 will remain for all volunteers, unlike the standard NDP model.
- All volunteers will be provided with access to the new Volunteer Management System called GoAssemble (GA). Information on how to sign up for GA training can be seen below.
